I know the gallbladder ordeal can be excruciating until it is removed & I’ve heard you need to stay away from certain foods. I am happy to know that you were able to eat the pork w/o the pain and discomfort that you apparently suffered before. I hope you will continue to be pain free and I hope others with the same problem will get the same relief you enjoy now.

Fried fatty pork is probably best avoided by everyone. Pork in general just isn’t very healthy for you, then to combine it with frying in oil doesn’t help things. But I know that it can still be tasty… :)

Eating fatty foods is not recommended for persons without gallbladder. Much more to those who had recently underwent a lap chole (laparoscopic cholecystectomy) surgery.

I ate “Lechong Baboy” after 2 days post op. Gaaahh, I can’t help it. @_@ I’m glad nothing happened. I’m now trying to go back to a low fat diet.
