Nice post mate. I am glad you have such a glorious goal of proving those doctors wrong. :) I came here through my entrecard and the title just seemed to intrigue me. I hope you have fun testing these foods out but don’t get yourself hurt over it.

Thanks for dropping by.

I’m taking one at a time of eating foods that are in “to be avoided” list.

Ahh… I look forward to the beer post! My one weakness is beer, and I will tell you what! If beer was put on a list of things I couldnt have, I would struggle a bunch with that! You are very strong!

I am planning to take the beer test this weekend but my wife is up on baking. I will have a cheese test though…

Maybe next week or when I have a drinking buddy. I just don’t feel like drinking alone, it’s too boring… :)

Hi Ken, wow – great post! Way to be brave and test 1 food at a time. It’s hard to not have what food you want, but we all have to listen to our bodies more and eat only what we can. It’s not worth the pain. Good luck!
